Caroline's love of food and entertaining started from a young age whilst growing up on a Wheat, Sheep & Rice producing property in the thriving Riverina region.
Having access to the finest seasonal produce and home grown meat, it quickly became apparent that good food does not need to be fussy or complicated when using quiality ingredients.
Based now in Melbourne's leafy eastern suburbs, Caroline's love of sourcing the finest seasonal ingredients and locally grown produce continues to be her inspiration behind each and every event.
